Compromesso

The first contract between you (the buyer) and the seller.

After all the papers have been examined and the negotiation is done, you and the seller will sign the compromesso.

At the time of the compromesso signature, the buyer will make a payment for 1/3 of the agreed purchasing price.

You will lose everything if you will withdraw from the purchase while the seller will have to give you back what you have paid PLUS the 100% of the same amount. For instance, if you give 100.000 Euros and the seller will break the compromesso contract, he/she will have to give you 200.000 Euros.

At this time, if you work with other real estate agencies, you will have to pay their commissions that it's usually the 3% plus taxes (20%) of the agreed buying price.
